1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Provided

ECRM provides concrete products, materials, and related services for construction projects. Our offerings, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our website to contact us and placing an order, you agree to have the following information ready:

  • Full name (no nicknames).

  • Phone number.

  • Email address.

  • Address for delivery (please be specific)

  • Specific directions (please be detailed)

  • Site accessibility (any useful information for driver will be greatly appreciated)

  • Requested time of delivery.

  • Description of the project.

  • The amount of cubic yards needed. Need help figuring out the yards? Check out our concrete calculator

  • Mix Design

  • Does order require cleanup?

  • Will customers need a pump service or will the truck unload directly from the truck using the chutes? If you need help with the measurements, check out our truck measurements.​

  • Ordering more than 1 truck? Let us know the spacing in between trucks.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Payment terms will be provided at the time of purchase. Late or failed payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

  • We take Cash, check, zelle and credit card payments. (Credit card payments have an extra charge due to the service company)

  • Once an order is scheduled, cancellations may be subject to fees.

5. Delivery and Site Conditions

  • Our trucks deliver up to 10 cubic yards of concrete per load.

  • Customers must ensure a safe and accessible delivery site. If conditions prevent delivery, additional fees may apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to weather, site inaccessibility, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • ECRM provides materials in accordance with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee performance outcomes due to factors beyond our control, such as handling, weather, and site conditions.

  • We are not liable for damages arising from improper use, installation, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECRM is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Website Use and Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by ECRM and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • Unauthorized use of our website may result in legal action.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website and services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Other considerations

  • Place orders at least 48 hours in advance preferably before 3pm. If confirmation is not received please let us know.

  • For Large Pours (70+ yards) please let us know at least 4 days in advance for needed accommodations.

  • If last minute changes need to be made (change mix, add color or change yardage) advice no later than 2 hours before concrete delivery time.

  • Please let us know in advance if there are any unpaved entryways,sloped hills or any unsecure roads where trucks might get stuck and for the safety of the drivers.

11. After hours placements and changes

  • Calls for 619-456-9349 will be answered during working hours 6am-3pm M-S. For all after hours, weekend or holiday changes text 619-867-2380.
